We’re absolutely delighted that one of our client retailers, Pets at Home, has been shortlisted in no less than five categories at this year’s Oracle Retail Week Awards. We’re particularly pleased to see the speciality retailer recognised in the Retail Technology Initiative of the Year category as it’s the BT designed Clienteling application which has brought the innovative PetPad to life.
2015 marks the 20th anniversary of the Awards, which celebrate and reward the finest achievements in the sector each year. This year the standard of competition is as high as ever, so to be shortlisted in more than one category – never mind five – is an exceptional achievement. With animal welfare being at the heart of Pets at Home’s business, they wanted a way to improve the paper-based systems used to make sure customers have the relevant information to care for a new pet. Using a web-based version of our clienteling tool on a mobile tablet device, the new PetPad has helped streamline processes and meet compliance targets; and it’s totally transformed the in-store experience for both customers and colleagues.
