Build and Release Engineer
As a Build and Release Engineer at BT Fresca you will report to the Build and Release Manager and be responsible for all Build and Release processes, some of which will periodically occur out-of-hours as well as Implement items from the Build and Release Roadmap and to be a platform guardian regarding quality. You must have 1yrs+ experience in a similar role, preferably working with e-commerce.

Key qualifications and experience:
Experience of building and deploying software
Experience of automated build systems for continuous integration - Cruise Control, Jenkins, ANT, Hudson, Maven, Nexus
Experience of Source Control tools – Perforce, Subversion, CVS
Experience of issue management and use of collaborative tools – JIRA
Experience of shell scripting – Bash, Groovy, Python
Experience of technical issue resolution and diagnosis
SQL skills
Experience of evolving change control procedures
Analytical approach and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Degree preferably in a Computer Science, Computer engineering or related field.

Service Desk Manager
As Service Desk Manager you will lead the FCP Support Team in providing retail clients with effective customer service primarily supporting BTE’s Ecommerce Platform. You will have the ability to think outside of the box and create new ways to support our clients effectively to deliver operational excellence. The ideal candidate will build solid processes and demonstrate a strong relationship with the clients. You will manage a team of support analysts and will be required to periodically take part in an out-of-hours on call rota.

Key Skills and Experience:
Customer Service Experience
Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
Self-motivator and ability to motivate others
At least 6 years’ experience in
- supporting e-commerce platforms;
- applications support;
- content managed systems;
- customer service
Good understanding of SEO systems is essential
High level of attention to detail
