What are you currently working on?
We are just about to launch Ratings & Reviews functionality in partnership with BT Fresca & Bazaarvoice and are really looking forward to seeing exactly what our customers have to say about our paint and wallpaper! We get a lot of great feedback on our Facebook page, so ratings and reviews will provide a wider platform for customers to leave feedback, but not just feedback - we are really looking to push the functionality by encouraging customers to send pictures of their completed projects.
