More than 90 retailers packed in to one of London’s most iconic buildings for a unique one-day only event: the Alexander Black pop-up department store.

First we covered mobile from three main angles: retailers (Pets at Home’s Brian Scott), analysts (with market research from Davies Hickman Partners) and suppliers (with loyalty guru Tanya Bowen). Then we saw demos of the full Alexander Black customer journey, from home to store, via supply chain, back office and click & collect.
