BT was proud to sponsor the Retail Week Tech & Ecomm Summit 2014.  The only event to bring together the leading minds across both disciplines and delivered an over-arching view of the sector, with an exclusive programme of innovation and fresh thinking.

The summit showcased some important future trends, identified how rapidly the world of technology and ecommerce is changing, gave an insight into where other retailers are investing and gave practical takeaways allowing delegates  to immediately implement for success in areas as wide-ranging as personalisation, international expansion and big data, to what’s next in mobile and tackling security – there was no stone left unturned!
