We’ve begun an investigation into the ‘Ex Files’ to explore the UFOs (Unfortunately Frequent Occurrences) that make life hard for retailers.

Are your consumers mysteriously disappearing? Want to make them more loyal?  Are your systems harder to access than area 51? Are your stock systems more space invader than space saver?

Join us on 25 May at BT Tower where we’ll present the findings of our investigations. You’ll get a snapshot of the suite of solutions we can offer to help streamline your business and promote growth, as well as banishing some of those demons in your way!

The Truth is out there!

So if you ever wondered what exactly our solutions can do or want to hear from some of our existing customers – beam up to BT Tower.

The event starts at 3pm followed by a trip to the 34th Floor where you can network with other retailers and speak to existing customers about our solutions and what we’ve helped them achieve, with stunning 360o views of London.

This event is for retailers only.  Place are limited so register your place now >

Michelle serves eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals. Her research covers ecommerce in Europe, with a particular focus in the retail industry. Her current areas of research include European ecommerce trends and forecasting, multichannel retail, and the impact of changing consumer behaviour on the retail industry in Europe.

Tanya Bowen

Tanya Bowen has worked with more than 75 retailers in the UK and North America over the past 15 years, focusing on CRM return on investment and customer appreciation. Today, Tanya spends much of her time working with retailers to develop tailored and overarching CRM programmes that mirror each retailer's business strategy. Retail-specific CRM technology is a critical first step to ensuring early and consistent CRM programme success. However, Tanya and her team are strong advocates of people skills and believe no amount of technology can substitute for a solid CRM programme and the desire to execute it – whether you are the CEO, a sales associate at the store, or an e-commerce marketing manager.
