New Look selects BT Expedite to underpin its multichannel capabilities
BT Expedite, BT's retail specialist division, has been working with New Look for over 10 years and this new contract will see the very latest Store 6 solution, based on Epicor software, currently the most popular choice for the top 250 retailers in the US, installed across New Look's 600+ stores.
BT Expedite's Store 6 will further integrate New Look's in-store and eCommerce channels. This will make it easier to combine transactions such as ordering online and picking up in-store or returning goods to stores that were ordered online, as well as a range of other cross-channel combinations.
New Look will also benefit from streamlined cash management function. Supporting this functionality BT Expedite's Estate Management Software (EMS) will monitor EPoS hardware and software, identifying potential problems so that they can be resolved during planned maintenance or faster, if required.
Adrian Thompson, Business Change Director at New Look said: "As part of New Look's Strategy to be the No.1 International Multi-Channel fashion value brand we are very pleased to be working with BT Expedite to enable our store capability in support of this strategy. BT's reliability, innovation, and understanding of our retail service proposition convinced us that they were the right partner to help us continue to enhance our customers experience in store.
BT Expedite CEO, Rich Lowe said: "We're delighted that New Look has selected our Store solution and especially pleased that we can continue our 10-year relationship. "Retailers are finding that customers are extremely keen to combine the internet with in-store shopping and we are determined that our retailers are best placed to delight them with seamless integration of their sales channels."
